Weight Training: Whether you've never heard of a barbell and want to get the 101 on how to squat and deadlift; you've been working out for years and want to refresh your skillset now and again; or anything in between! We'll jam as much muscly knowledge and experience and we can in 3 hours. Strength and confidence go hand in hand and we'll try to imbibe you with both.
